Εξ αφορμής αυτού του σημαντικού γεγονότος, ο εκπρόσωπος της εταιρείας, κύριος Simone Arnaboldi, μας μίλησε για τα μελλοντικά τους κατασκευαστικά σχέδια, καθώς και για τις αξίες που πρεσβεύει και διαφυλάσσει η εταιρεία όλα αυτά τα χρόνια.
Μια ελικοειδής υποδοχή μήκους 30 μέτρων που αποτελείται από ορείχαλκο, πυλώνες με σπείρες ανοξείδωτου χάλυβα που ανοίγουν σαν τα κλαδιά των δέντρων με διάμετρο 5 μέτρα, ένας πάγκος για μπαρ 25 μέτρων από γυαλισμένο χάλυβα με 2.400 φιάλες που φωτίζονται από φώτα LED, μια ελλειπτική σκάλα από χαλκό, ένας διαμορφωμένος πάγκος εστιατορίου μήκους 11 μέτρων σε ορείχαλκο και χάλυβα, όλα αυτά έχουν σχεδιαστεί και κατασκευαστεί μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια, ενώ τώρα έχουν εγκατασταθεί προσωρινά στις εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρείας στην Ιταλία μέχρι να φορτωθούν για μεταφορά στην Αμερική.

Είμαι ένας από τους 3 συνεταίρους, γι’ αυτό και ενδιαφέρομαι προσωπικά για τον πελάτη από την πρώτη επαφή μέχρι την τελική παράδοση της εργασίας.
Τί σας έκανε να επιλέξετε αυτό το είδος της επιχείρησης;
Άρχισα αμέσως σε αυτόν τον τομέα ακριβώς μετά τις σπουδές μου, γι 'αυτό και αγαπώ πολύ αυτό το είδος της εργασίας.

Πώς βλέπετε τον εαυτό σας και την επιχείρησή σας μέσα σε 10 χρόνια; Σε 20 χρόνια;
Σε 10 χρόνια ελπίζουμε να συμμετέχουμε ακόμα σε μεγάλα έργα, κι εγώ να βρίσκομαι στην ίδια θέση. Σε 20 χρόνια ελπίζω ότι η εταιρεία θα εξακολουθεί να είναι σε υψηλό επίπεδο, αλλά εγώ βλέπω τον εαυτό μου να αναπαύεται σε ένα μικρό ελληνικό χωριό κοντά στην Αθήνα, όπου μεγάλωσα.

Realize, the Italian construction company opens its horizons to America by undertaking the final realisation of a major project. The hotel is a true masterpiece and will delight its guests with attention to all the wonderful aesthetics and art details.
On the occasion of this important event, the representative of the company owner, Mister Simone Arnaboldi, told us about their future construction plans, as well as the values it represents and safeguards the company all these years.
A sinuous reception wall, 30 meters long, consisting of brass bronzed tubes that follow curved and changeable lines. Pillars with polished stainless steel spirals that open as branches of trees with a diameter of 5 meters. Whiskey area with a large bar counter and 25 meters of polished curved walls in steel with 2,400 bottles lit by LEDs. High bronzed chandeliers in the form of strips which are also the new logo of the hotel. An elliptical staircase with parapets in polished and etched copper. A shaped restaurant counter, 11 meters long, in brass and steel, flanked with two counters irregularly shaped thinning in two columns. All engineered to the finest detail by our designers, constructed and temporary installed at our facility, shipped and installed on site by our technicians.
How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
A long time experience and work in this field, of architectural and design works/projects.
What was your mission at the outset?
Try and reach a top quality product and service to offer the client.
When did you "charter" the business?
Since 15 years in design sector and 5 years with my own business.
Who inspires you and why?
By sure great architects and great projects of architecture all over the world.
How do you advertise your business?
We do not need specific advertisement. Our best advertisement are our works done all over the world.
To what do you attribute your success?
The great care we have during planning, then production and installation of our works and the total care we have of our customer who is the first and most important matter in a Contract job. The human relation is at the first step of a scale for me.
What are the top three factors you would attribute to your success?
Quality. Precision. Care.
What do you look for in an employee?
To be smart, clever, presentable and with a good values
How do you find people to bring into your organisation that truly care about the organisation the way you do?
General knowledge of people working in the same field.
What’s your company’s goals?
To look always for new, difficult projects and finally try to realise them as unique pieces of art.
What is unique about your business?
The craftsmanship work we use to care each minimum detail even if on a large scale business project.
What are your responsibilities as the business owner?
I am one of three partners and I follow the commercial brand and I care about the customer from the first contact till the final delivery of the job.
What made you choose this type of business?
I started immediately in this field after my studies so I fell in love with this kind of work.
Does your company help the community where it is located?
We have and follow a program of charity in different fields.
Have you ever turned down a client?
Yes, more than one time!
What skill or expertise do you feel like you’re still missing?
Cooking!
If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Believe always in what you do, and whatever you do always with humility, you will be rewarded.
Can you teach us something, as if I’ve never heard of it before?
One word: be positive! But I do not have to teach it to someone, I don’t think I am in a position to teach something to somebody. On the contrary I respect all people’s opinions.
If you were starting a company tomorrow, what would be its top three values?
Responsibility – seriousness – will to succeed.
If business priorities change, describe how you would help your team understand and carry out the shifted goals?
With calm and exchanging ideas you can always find the solution.
How do you generate new ideas?
Discussing everything with all company’s team. There is no company owner when you want to generate ideas. It’s better everybody’s opinions.
How far are you willing to go to succeed?
Far away till I succeed it!
What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear?
It’s more on a personal base, to loose a good friendship or more over to loose forever in a future two persons very very important for me …(never told them) and I get emotional telling that.
What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
Whenever you see finally installed a great work.
What do you feel is the major difference between entrepreneurs and those who work for someone else?
The great responsibility you have towards your clients and employers.
Excluding yours, what company or business do you admire the most?
There are a lot of excellences in different work fields, I admire more businesses which grown with great efforts.
Where you see yourself and your business in 10 years? In 20 years?
In 10 years we’ll keep going on and hope to be involved in great projects, and myself here at the same position. In 20 years I hope the company will still be on a high step level but I see myself resting in a small greek village close to Athens where I grew up.
In one phrase describe your life as an entrepreneur.
A normal person with a positive smiling greek soul.
